1.The hinge clamping mechanism of the double toggle machine, the high-strength ductile iron template is equipped with CNC precision processing, which is strong and durable.2.High tensile alloy steel guide post, durable and reliable.3.High-precision electronic ruler position detection, precise control of the clamping stroke.4.The mechanical toggle lubricates automatically to improve wear resistance.5.The hydraulic gear adjustment mechanism is stable.6.Independently adjustable mold opening and pressure preparation system (need to purchase and customize).
The injection system is equipped with large diameter logic valves and precise flow control valves,improves injectionresponse,decreases oil pressure vibration and provides precise 4-stage shot adjustment.
