Production Features

1. The retractable paint booth is a practical product specially developed to solve the difficulty of moving and transporting large workpieces. The spraying area can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the size of the production output, making full use of the production site and operating space.

2. The use of retractable paint booth greatly simplifies the process of continuously using the workshop crane to lift large and heavy workpieces back and forth in the production process, no special transportation tools are required, the unfolding length can be at any position.

3. The retractable paint booth is a frame transmission structure as a whole. Each group of frames is sealed with flame retardant PVC cloth, which is fast in installation, beautiful in appearance, compact in structure, easy to use, low manufacturing cost and investment saving.

4. During work, the front chamber of the booth moves forward and backward along the track laid on the ground. It is driven by both sides and operates in an interlocking manner. The front and rear safety limit control is used, the mechanical operation is safe and stable, the operation is simple and the use is convenient.

5. Explosion-proof lighting is installed in the working area, which can meet the lighting needs in production.

6. Various types of non-standard size could be customized according to the actual production needs of customers.

7. During the working hours when there is no need to carry out the painting process, the front chamber could be closed to save space and be used for other processes that intersect with the painting process.

8. Two kinds of painting mist purification method could be selected: water curtain or dry filter paper.

1) Cabin System:1. Primary and secondary carriage: Made of 40*60mm square steel pipe. Gear motor are at both sides of primary and secondary carriage.2. Linkage: Consist of 30*50 square steel tube and bushing, shaft pin etc.3. Fire-proof soft PVC curtain: Made of anti-flame soft cloth curtain, on both sides of cabin.4. Guide rail and pulleys: 2 rows of guide rails, made by 12kg rail track steel underground.5. The pulleys are matched with guide rail, and weld together with primary and secondary carriage, could slide freely on the rail.

2) Lighting System:
1. 2 rows of roof lights on the ceiling of secondary carriage.2. Side lights are installed on the column of carriage, LED lights.

3) Painting Mist Purification System:

Working Principle

1. Preparatory work: fold and close the front chamber of retractable paint booth.
2. Workpiece preparation: The workpiece is moved into the designated area and in place.
3. Preparation for painting: unfold the front chamber of retractable paint booth, then to paint the workpiece.
4. Finished painting: the front chamber is folded and closed by telescopic movement.
5. Finished painting: the workpiece is moved out of the designated workplace.
